Throttle body is a valve that controls the intake of the engine. It is a circular piece of steel with a shaft in the middle connected to the throttle cable and controlled by the throttle cable. Throttle body is a device on engine intake system. Throttle body is generally divided into three parts: actuator, throttle plate and throttle position sensor, which are generally encapsulated as a whole.
